‘Philippines more like Libya under Marcos’

MANILA, Philippines?If the 1986 people power revolt didn’t happen, the Philippines would be more like Libya, a country now suffering from violence as protesters move to oust its long-time strongman, President Benigno Simeon Aquino III said Saturday.
