‘PH unlikely to meet education goal’

MANILA, Philippines?Washington believes the Philippines is ‘unlikely’ to meet its second Millennium Development Goal, which is achieving universal primary education, by 2015, according to a report by the US Embassy in Manila that was furnished the Inquirer.
