Muslims on 3rd day of Ramadan

The date corresponds to Ramadan 1, 1430 in the Hegira calendar, and Filipino Muslims are now on their 3rd day of fasting from dawn to dusk for the whole month. The same is true with the rest of the Muslims in other parts of the world. According to Saudi Gazette, an English daily published in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Saudis in the Kingdom and elsewhere in other Middle East countries, began their fasting on Saturday, which is the ninth month of the Hegira or Islamic calendar.
