BATANGAS CITY, Philippines — President Macapagal-Arroyo on Monday afternoon launched the Urban Luzon Beltway Super Region at the multipurpose gymnasium of the University of Batangas here. The President inspected development projects at the Philippine Ports Authority compound in Barangay (Village) Bolbok in this city and in Barangay San Rafael in Sto. Tomas town. Ms Arroyo received loud cheers from the students and was warmly welcomed by UB school officials, San Pascual Mayor Tony Dimayuga and Batangas City Mayor Eduardo Dimacuha.
