Vexed bus passenger shoots dead dispatcher

09/02/2009 A bus dispatcher was shot dead by an irritated passenger bound for Albay inside a bus terminal in Pasay City before dawn the other day. Pasay Police Station Investigation and Detective Management System (SIDMS) investigators identified the victim as Epifanio Ricarte, 44, of 143 Malibay, Pasay City, a dispatcher of Bobis Liner. Police investigators who arrived at the scene of the crime saw the victim’s body already covered with newspapers while the identity of the gunman was unknown as he immediately fled from the scene on board a taxi, according to some witnesses.
