MANILA, Philippines – There are nearly 68 million mobile phone users in the Philippines but less than one-fourth are able to do mobile Internet. Still, the number of mobile phone users continues to grow and cost for mobile devices are going down. One issue, however, is how mobile carriers are able to increase revenues from users.
