Arroyo opens new Subic expressway

President Arroyo opened on Sunday, April 5, the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway’s (SCTEX) Clark South Interchange which will pave the way for a seamless connection between Clark Economic Zone (CEZ) and Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).
The Clark South Interchange is the first of three additional facilities of the SCTEX set for completion this year. The other two SCTEX interchanges – one each in Porac and Floridablanca towns in Pampanga — are due for completion middle of this year.
