Dumlao deported to RP in 2009

Former police Senior Supt. Glen Dumlao, one of the three former aides of Sen. Panfilo Lacson implicated in the Dacer-Corbito double-murder case will go straight to jail upon arrival in the country next year, according to the Department of Justice. Meanwhile, in the US, Dumlao’s fellow suspect, Cesar Mancao, is expected to contest his extradition hearing in Florida scheduled for January next year. He and fellow suspects former police Supt. Cesar Mancao 2nd and former police Senior Supt. Michael Ray Aquino were all key officials in the defunct Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force then headed by Lacson, who was later appointed by then-President Joseph Estrada as chief of the Philippine National Police.
