Decomposing corpses come ashore
June 25, 2008
As islanders try to bury corpses coming ashore from a capsized ferry in the Philippines, an official inquiry into the disaster begins. Three bloated corpses were cut free from a tangle of cables and brought to the surface. One, believed to be a crew member, was still clutching his radio.
