Cory says her health’s improving

improving after undergoing chemotherapy for colon cancer.
Aquino spoke after a thanksgiving mass on the feast of the Our Lady of Fatima at the Don Bosco Chapel in Makati City. The mass was officiated by Jaro Archbishop Angel Lagdameo, president of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines.
Aquino has been undergoing chemotherapy at the Makati Medical Center. “The result of my blood test was very positive. It showed there had been
a lot of improvement in my health and I hope I’m on my way to getting
well soon,” Aquino said. Present parishioners that included her family, grandchildren, and son-in-law. Also on hand were former senators Franklin Drilon and Ramon MagsaysayJr., ZTE star witness Rodolfo “Jun” Lozada. It was Aquino’s second public appearance since she was diagnosed as suffering from cancer.
