Arroyo coming to DC?

The report, by Malaya’s Ellen Tordesillas, said: “Aside from meeting President George W. Bush, Arroyo is also scheduled to address the US-Asean Business Council.”
The story continued: “The talk is that Arroyo will witness the signing into law of the Veterans Benefits Enhancement Act by Bush. This will be Arroyo’s second state visit to the US.
“The first was in 2004 before she pulled out the Philippine contingent from the US-led Coalition of the Willing in Iraq in exchange for the freedom of Filipino driver Angelo de la Cruz.”
