To change how things are done by local public officials and bring back the pride in the Filipino community, there is a need to build a solid group that does the right thing.
Estanislao spoke at the Mahal ko ang Pilipinas [I love the Philippines] forum where sectoral representatives reported on the gains in their public governance practices using the balanced scorecard tool of the Harvard Business School.
According to businessman Rex Drilon II, this management tool is being used by several companies to meet strategic goals.
